Cancellation Policy

This Booking & Attendance Policy (“Policy”) applies to all participants registering for in-person Watch Masterclasses (“Classes”) offered by Trillium Watch Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a Class through our website, you agree to the terms below. This Policy is in compliance with applicable Ontario consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and related regulations. 1. Booking Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years of age. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where safety, conduct, or operational concerns arise. 2. Booking Window Online bookings may be made up to: 2 days in advance, and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled Class start time. 3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and approved online payment methods. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email is issued. 4. Cancellation by Participant & Standard Cancellation Policy Eligible Refund Windows Follows As: 7+ days before class: Full refund 72 hours to 6 days before class: 50% refund Less than 72 hours before class: Non-refundable No-Shows: Non-refundable Participants who fail to attend without notice are considered “no-shows” and are not eligible for refunds or credits. Cancellations must be submitted through the Wix booking portal, via the confirmation email link, or by written email to [business email]. 5. Rescheduling Policy Participants may request to reschedule a booking one time without penalty if the request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled Class. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the Class may incur an administrative fee of up to 15% of the booking value. Rescheduled Classes are subject to availability. 6. Business Cancellation or Rescheduling We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Class due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, venue issues, equipment failure, force majeure events, or safety concerns. If we cancel a Class, participants will be offered a full refund, or transfer to a future date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
